I did find it in the other meeting headless linux sample template repo though which may be what you’re referring to based on the screenshot you shared? The config.toml is updated at run time so there is no chance of the token getting expired. How to resolve this error and what I’m doing wrong here.? New devleopers are using this, but not with a free account.
I just wanted to update this thread since I had a helpful and insightful conversation with @alison from Read’s team about this issue. Read.ai has appeared in multiple of our meetings and I am being forced to manually deny it. We have the same problem, never installed the app but it try to join our meetings. Can you please create a support ticket for me as well? But somehow this bot is showing up if we are invited to a zoom meeting by an external zoom account. For your bot to join a meeting with this setting, you must use a ZAK token alongside the JWT, not just the Client ID, Client Secret, and meeting URL.

- Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated—I really need Zoom to work on mobile data for my meetings on the go.
- Will I be able to get the AI call Summaries if i do an Oauth 2.0 S2S request before and get the token?
- We’re aiming to avoid user-context tokens where possible for backend automation.
The seminar ran through the night, so I set Zoom to record so I could review it in the morning. Hey @Valentina are you still running into this issue? Hi,Please help me remove Read.ai from my account.

Thank you for your prompt reply.Do you know if support for retrieving AI Call Summaries via Server-to-Server OAuth (account-level) is available now, or if it might be on the roadmap for future updates? I’ve noticed that ai_call_summary_id appears in the call log details, but I can’t find any documented endpoint to retrieve the summary content itself. The issue usually occurs during the process of a user joining a session when the host ends the session. There is indeed a scenario where the meeting is ended, which is unrelated to the client.init method but rather to the client.join method. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to reach out to contact Read support since they will be better equipped to assist you!
Create a Zoom bot to join as Online meeting Agent using Zoom basic (Free) acount
I am using Zoom’s free(basic) account, Whether it is possible to Create an Online meeting Agent using Zoom API’s and record the Meeting discussion of participants. I am having the same issue for the exception it is not showing up in my apps I am trying to remove this app from my Zoom account, but am struggling to find the “Apps on Account” tab/page. Read.ai joins private meetings that are not recorded due to security and privacy reasons. Yes you can use it with S2S OAuth apps after adding the admin scope. We’re aiming to avoid user-context tokens where possible for backend automation.

However, I can’t give you a specific time threshold. If guest init too long after host ended the meeting. For more information about how we process your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Notice. This website is only intended for users over the age of 18.
Has anyone else faced this issue? None of these steps have worked, and I’m starting to wonder if it’s a setting I’m missing or if my carrier is blocking Zoom for some reason. Toggled airplane mode on and off to reset the connection.

As a free user you can only record locally. Then send the meeting audio to my local server ? I want to Create a Zoom bot to join as Online meeting Agent and record the meeting discussion and send audio to my local server. Feel free to post your issue there, you will be able to get some help there! This morning, I discovered that no recording file was created or saved.
It’s not showing up in our list of installed apps. Can you please open a ticket for me? It is concerning that this could happen so easily to many people, come on Zoom! And it still says it was invited by one of our internal users. So, blocking Read.AI worked if we are the ones that run the meeting.
Will I be able to get the AI call Summaries if i do an Oauth 2.0 S2S request before and get the token? I can share with the team to request adding to product roadmap. And would like to request a simple way to access the AI call summary from the callId alone, rather than relying on userId. Would appreciate any insight into whether this functionality is available now or potentially on the roadmap. If step 1 is completed but step 2 has not yet finished connecting to the media server, and the host ends the session during this time, it results in a JOIN_MEETING_FAILED error.
Checked for Zoom app updates—it’s up to date. Whenever I try to use Zoom on mobile data, it just doesn’t work. I’ve been having this frustrating issue with Zoom lately, and I’m hoping someone can help me out.
Hi @elisa.zoom , our organization has the same issue – can you please assist in completely removing read.ai and blocking it to all users of account? Hopefully there is a better fix than creating an individual support ticket for each case as this is clearly an issue for many users. The app was never installed in our org’s Zoom account but it is showing up in countless meetings.
The Join Token allows you to join meetings without authentication requirements, but it will fail when “require authentication to join” is enabled (as you’ve seen with error code 23) Is the purpose of join-token option in sdk is to allow a bot to a meeting with mandatory login option enabled.? I also have the same issue, not in apps and its still infiltrating all my zoom calls I have Read AI removed from my Zoom account but it continues joining my meetings. They want me to log in, and I can’t, as their app is not even allowed by my admin. I contacted Read.ai support team, and they refused to delete my account.
